WIKA Pracetak Gedung is a subsidiary of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE) and PT WIjaya Karya Beton Tbk (WTON).This year, the company aims for new contracts to reach around Rp 1.1 trillion.WIKA Pracetak Gedung plans a new contract turnover value of Rp 500 billion this year, which will be added from the backlog of old contracts.The company is optimistic that this year's new contract can grow 40 percent from last year's contract value of Rp 700 billion.Some of the projects that have been carried out by WIKA Pracetak Gedung currently are Podomoro Tenjo City Housing - Bogor, Renovation of Sari Pacific Hotel - Jakarta, BRI Building KC Gunung Sahari - Jakarta, Mariana Resort International Hotel & Ballroom Samosir - North Sumatra, Office Complex Ring 1 Phase 1 Tanjung Lahong – East Kalimantan, and several other ongoing projects.Also Read: Wika Beton (WTON) Pockets IDR 176 Billion From the Patimban Port ProjectIn the future, WIKA Pracetak Gedung will target projects that use precast products. President Director of WIKA Pracetak Gedung Dwi Purnomo said, in addition to projects planned by the government such as flats, several private sector projects are also being targeted."Several private projects are also being targeted, especially those that can use precast products such as landed house housing, hospitals, pipe tracks and supporting buildings in oil and gas projects, precast facades, as well as hollow core slabs for several project plans including the prospect of logos warehousing in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the housing concept uses a precast structural system with the SNI 1726-2019 standard which has met the requirements earthquake-resistant buildings in Indonesia.Supported by architectural specifications with modern minimalist concepts and smarthome facilities including;smart key systems, CCTV, water heaters, and electrical networks that exist in the ground, make differentiating characteristics and become an attraction for potential consumers.The housing projection is as many as 164 Type 54 two-story housing units consisting of 19 hook units, 31 shop houses, 40 housing units which are planned to be completed within 8 months with the Structural, Architectural, and MEP work packages supported by precast products.Currently, the housing has sold almost 25% since its launch at the end of 2021 yesterday.Check other News and Articles on Google News
